Your menstrual cycle, read beside your training.
Log a period in a few taps or bring it in from Apple Health. Esmero puts it next to your lifts, weight, sleep and bloodwork, and shows you your own pattern.
Walkthrough step: Your period and cycle, on Today
Transcript
- Esmero reads your cycle beside your training.
- Log a period in a few taps, or bring it in from Apple Health.
- The next period shows as a range, never a single day.
- Lab results taken while you track are dated by your cycle, so like is compared with like.
- After three cycles, Pattern shows how your own lifts, sleep and HRV move through each phase.
- On average, phase changes strength very little. This shows whether it does for you.
- A heavier morning around your period is marked as likely water.
- Tell the coach how you feel, and it plans around it.
- A lighter session shows as a change you approve.
- Your records stay on your phone.

Every week of the month, beside the bar.
A few taps to log.
Tap Log on the Today card when your period starts, pick the flow and save. Spotting, symptoms and notes are there when you want them.
A range, not a date.
The next period shows as a range that widens or narrows with how regular your cycles have been, and History says how often the range was right.
Bloods dated by your cycle.
Lab draws taken while you track carry their cycle day, and the phase where it can be estimated. Markers that vary across the cycle say so, so a result from day 3 is not read against one from day 21.
Your pattern, not a rule.
After three cycles, Pattern shows your top sets, session effort, HRV, resting heart rate, sleep and weight in each phase against your own baseline. On average phase makes little difference to strength. This shows whether it does for you.
Planned around how you feel.
The coach treats phase as an estimate and lets how you feel win. Bad cramps on a heavy day mean a lighter option, shown as a preview you apply.
Esmero is not a medical device and is not for contraception. Phases are estimates.
