Your bloods

Your bloods, beside your lifts.

Lab results usually sit in a portal with no follow-up. Esmero keeps them next to your training, weight and sleep, in the units and range your lab printed.

Walkthrough step: Your bloodwork, in one place

Transcript
  1. Your bloodwork sits beside your training, not in a portal.
  2. Results keep the units and range your lab printed.
  3. When you trained in the three days before a draw, it names that session, since hard training can lift some markers for a few days.
  4. Follow a marker over time, beside your lifts and weight.
  5. Plan the next test. Today shows it with a short prep checklist, and a reminder comes the evening before.
  6. Ask the coach what changed. It answers from your own results, and says when something is worth raising with your doctor.
  7. Before an appointment, make a summary for your doctor, as a PDF made on the phone.
  8. Your numbers, read plainly. Your records stay on your phone.
  1. Your details covered first.

Scan or add a lab report. Your name, date of birth, address and IDs are suggested for covering on the phone, and you see exactly what will be kept before it is saved.

  2. Your lab's units and range.

Results keep the units and reference range printed on your report, with no scores and no traffic lights.

  3. The session before the draw.

A draw names the session you trained in the 72 hours before it. With that showing, ALT, AST, creatinine and eGFR carry a note that hard training can raise them for a few days.

  4. A marker over time.

Follow ferritin or any other marker across draws, on the same screen as your lifts and weight.

  5. Your next test, planned.

Add a test date and Today shows it from three days out, with a seven-item prep checklist and a reminder the evening before. A result outside the range with nothing since brings a re-test suggestion.

  6. A plain answer.

Ask the coach what changed. It answers from your own results and says when something is worth raising with your doctor. It does not diagnose.

  7. A summary for your doctor.

A PDF of your labs and flags, blood pressure, weight, resting heart rate and training over 6, 12 or 24 months. It shows your age, never your date of birth.

Esmero is not a medical device. It shows your numbers and says when to ask a professional.
